Frequently Asked Questions

How many attendees are you expecting?
We have a goal that ranges from 250-400 per each event. Each city will vary on attendance.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Are meals included with my registration?
Yes there will be a continental breakfast in the morning with pastries, juices and coffee and there will be a lunch buffet.

Are drinks included at the networking event?
If we have a networking sponsor all drinks are included. If not there will be a 6.00 drink ticket fee. Check our sponsorship page for details.

What payment options do you offer?
You can send in a check to Integrated Marketing Summit at 12528 West 77th Street Lenexa KS 66216 As long as your check arrives at least 10 days prior to the event we will except your registrations and a badge will be waiting for you at the event. Or you can simply pay with credit card online. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

What if I have to cancel my registration?
You must unregister at least 5 days before the event for a full refund. The venue requires we give them a head count for meals and room preparation at least 5 days prior to the event.

How do I Unregister?
Go to the registration page for your event and enter your confirmation code then select unregister. Call or email us if you any problems.
